Chair rental, employed, or something in between — we will build around a good artist. What is not negotiable: you consult properly, you finish your own work, and you can explain why you are doing what you are doing.
Both lanes taught, both lanes learned. If you cut but have never held a tint brush, or the reverse, that is a reason to apply rather than a reason not to.
