Prices are the starting point for each service. Anything that depends on hair length or density is confirmed at consultation, before a bowl is mixed — never after.

01Straight answers

How the pricing actually works

Why is there no men's price and women's price?

Because a price should describe the work. A short cut takes the time a short cut takes, whoever asked for it. Long, dense, or textured hair takes longer — that is what the length-dependent services on the menu are for, and it is confirmed with you at consultation.

What does 'from' mean on a colour service?

It is the price for hair to the shoulder at average density. Past that, product volume genuinely goes up. You are told the number before anything is mixed, and it does not move afterwards.

Do you charge for a consultation?

No. A fifteen-minute colour consultation is free and booked separately. First visits get an extra twenty minutes built into the appointment at no cost.

Is there a charge for a fringe trim between visits?

Not if we cut it. Come in, we will tidy it, no appointment.

The dispensary

Nothing is sold to you mid-service.

You will not be pitched a product while your head is in the basin. Everything used on you is written down on the way out, with what it does and whether you actually need it at home. If the supermarket version is fine, we will say so.
